Flooding in the UK Causes Chaos Ahead of Christmas

Description:Flooding continued to devastate parts of southwest England, northeast Scotland and Wales on Sunday, caused by days of rain falling on already saturated earth. In the English county of Devon, some home owners were forced to evacuate their properties in the village of Stoke Canon as rivers and streams burst their banks. Some residents said they were preparing themselves for the prospect of spending Christmas in temporary accommodation. (1:31)
