Description:Joseph “Jose” Banks was been caught by FBI agents and Chicago police late Thursday night, according to law enforcement sources. FBI agents and officers from the FBI Violent Crimes Task Force and Chicago police arrested Banks about 11:30 p.m. Thursday in the 2300 block of North Bosworth Avenue in the Sheffield Neighbors neighborhood, authorities said.
