Exploring the Lakes Along the Mississippi River

Description:Leaving the Mississippi headwaters, it's time to cross a group of lakes. First we stop is Lake Bemidji. From there, we approach the most northern point of the river and then arrive to our first portage around a dam. We end it by paddling through the 5th largest lake in Minnesota, Lake Lake Winnibigoshish. (6:35)
