Description:An elderly man reportedly tried to hire a hitman to kill his neighbor twice. A 65-year-old man from Georgia is in jail for a bungled murder-for-hire plan against his 59-year-old neighbor and former business partner.He had been arrested in June for that failed plot. Recently an informant told police that the elderly man was planning yet again to have the same man killed. Apparently the male had tried to spread word through other prisoners that he wanted his neighbor killed. (1:06)
