Description:Recently, drivers in the city of Plymouth in the United Kingdom were entertained and possibly annoyed after an intoxicated man decided to direct traffic. Police were sent to Cecil Street to deal with a male standing in the middle of the road, trying to direct cars while wobbling on his feet.
