Driver Held Over Deadly Tanker Fire

Description:At least 14 people died when a fuel tanker burst into flames along a major highway in Venezuela. At least eight cars and a bus were engulfed, as the tanker overturned, spilling 36,000 litres of fuel. Witnesses said the tanker was speeding and spilling petrol before it burst into flames on the Pan-American Highway outside Caracas. The 30-year-old driver of the tanker has been detained. Authorities said he's facing charges in connection with the fatal accident which happened on December 29th. (0:45)
