Dramatic Rescue After Woman Pinned, Dragged Underneath Car

Description:PIX11 was the only TV station at a frightening scene this morning. A woman had fallen down at the intersection of 62nd street and Second Avenue. Another woman driving a light green Toyota ran over the top of the pedestrian, dragging her about half a block. (1:29)
