Description:A couple in Delaware has been arrested after their daughter accused them of waterboarding her as punishment. The 11 year old girl’s father, pediatrician Melvin Morse, reportedly held his daughter’s face under the stream of a running faucet, forcing water to go up her nose. The form of punishment allegedly happened four times between 2009 and 2011 and was witnessed by her mother, who failed to intervene or report. (1:07)
