DMX $630K Lawsuit Dismissed

Description:A booking agency, named Heavy Rotation, originally sued DMX after they struck a year long deal for the rapper to make a string of comeback tours. DMX was difficult to deal with and the cancelled the entire tour. This cost the agency nearly $750-thousand dollars, but TMZ learned that they dropped the case. (0:56)
