Description:Germany's Knut Hoehler, 29, won the Tough Guy obstacle race for the third time in succession in Staffordshire, UK, on Sunday (January 27). Hoehler, a doctor from Cologne, who emerged muddy but victorious ahead of around 5,000 competitors, said the race was the toughest yet. "This year was the hardest ever," he said.
