Description:A NYC public school crossing guard has been suspended after a 6-year-old boy was hit and killed by a tractor-trailer in East Harlem Thursday. Crossing guard Flavia Roman, 55, was on a bathroom break when Amar Diarrosova – one block from PS 155 – stepped into the intersection at 1st Ave. and 117th St. The truck, traveling westbound on 117th, made a right turn onto 1st Ave., fatally striking Diarrosova.
