Description:It's like déjà vu for the controversial Voter ID law as it heads back to Commonwealth Court. A hearing is scheduled for today and it will try to settle the debate of whether the bill will stand on Election Day.
The arguments are pretty simple. Over the next two days, the state will try to prove IDs are easy for people to get from PennDOT. Meanwhile, the plaintiffs in the case will look to prove this burden will disenfranchise thousands of voters that want to hit the polls on November 6.(2:37)
