Construction Resumes On 2nd Ave. Subway Following Explosion

Last Tuesday, workers placed explosives at the wrong angle, according to MTA officials, and when it exploded, it blew through street plates, reached the street level and caused damage to nearby buildings by smashing windows and sending debris everywhere.
