Christmas Tree Looking To Spread Joy To Sandy Ravaged Beach

Description:The Parks Department messed up. A donated Christmas tree was supposed to be put in a plaza on the Rockaways, but instead it ended up in the middle of the beach that was ravaged by Hurricane Sandy. The boardwalk is gone, the area destroyed, but for some resident the tree brings a ray of sunshine to an otherwise cloudy recent history. (1:50)
