Chicago To Pay $4-Million To Unarmed Man Killed By Police

Description:The Chicago city council approves a settlement for more than $4 million dollars today after an unarmed man was killed by a police officer two years ago. 29-year-old Flint Farmer was shot by police in the West Englewood neighborhood on June 7th 2011. The officer who fired the shots is 31-year-old Officer Gildardo Sierra, who told investigators he thought farmer had a gun. Farmer was only holding a cellphone. (2:10)
