Catholic Hospital Contradicts “Life Begins At Contraception”
Description:Jeremy Stodghill’s wife Lori, was seven months pregnant with his twin boys on New Year’s Day in 2006, when she started vomiting and couldn’t breathe.
Stodghill rushed her to St. Thomas More Hospital in Canon City, Colo., where she went into cardiac arrest from a pulmonary embolism.
Lori, just 31 years old, died, and so did her unborn twins.
Stodghill filed a wrongful death suit against the hospital and its owners, Catholic Health Initiatives.(2:04)
