Car Stunt Brings Oakland Highway To Standstill

Description:The California Highway Patrol would like to have a few words with a group of drivers who briefly shut down interstate 880 in Oakland on Saturday. The northbound lanes near the coliseum came to a standstill while several drivers smoked their tires and spun donuts in the middle of the highway. At least a half-dozen cars were involved. (0:52)
