'Cannibal Cop' Accused of a Plot to Kidnap and Eat Women

Description:A New York City police officer was arrested by the FBI for an alleged plot to kidnap women and then eat them. The officer named Gilberto Valle is a six year veteran of the department and worked in Manhattan’s 26th precinct.
