Bomb Blast in Hilla, Iraq

Description:At least three people are killed and more than a dozen wounded when a car bomb blew up in the Iraqi city of Hilla. A member of the Babil city council said the blast reflected the country's unstable security situation. Earlier on Monday, a car bomb exploded inside a residential complex housing for displaced Shi'ite Muslims in Mosul, killing at least eight people and wounding four others. (1:13)
