Body Discovered Inside Scorched SUV

Description:An investigation is underway after a body was found inside a burned out SUV in the Mt. Washington area. Authorities received a 911 call around 2 a.m. reporting a vehicle on fire in the 4800 block of Marmion way, right where Mt. Washington and Highland Park meet. The Los Angeles Fire Department responded and put out the flames, but upon closer examination, firefighters discovered a body inside the SUV. (2:05)
