Blue Light Effect in Japan Railway

Description:Special blue LED lights have been installed in Japan's railway stations. The effect of them is not to provide light but a calming effect to stop people from committing suicide on the tracks. Suicides in Japan are on the rise and it is thought that these blue lights should go some way in reducing it. (3:01)
