Description:The residents of a Monrovia neighborhood got quite a surprise on Sunday morning. Three bears were spotted wandering around the 300 block of North Oakcliff Road. A mother bear climbed over several fences and crossed a few streets before meeting up with a cub that was perched at the top of a tree. (0:37)
