Description:After seven days, Chicago Teachers Union voted to suspend its strike which means Chicago’s 350,000 public school students will be back in the classroom Wednesday.
The voice vote was taken by the union's House of Delegates adjourned without voting on the new contract. At a news conference Tuesday night, union president Karen Lewis said it will be a few weeks before the teachers approve the contract.(3:26)
