Annan Talks Syria Peace with China

Following his trip to Russia, Annan is on a two-day visit to China designed to shore up support for his peace mission in Syria. Both Russia and China had previously used their vetoes to shield Syrian President Bashar al-Assad from U.N. Security Council condemnation.
