Bethenny Frankel is many things including an entrepreneur, reality TV star, talk show host, and now, the author of her fourth cookbook, "Skinnygirl Cocktails: 100 Fun & Flirty Guilt-Free Recipes."

The 43-year-old Real Housewife started her Skinnygirl empire in 2011, but that wasn't before she penned several health and wellness books on healthy living. Bethenny has created quite an empire for herself and her family, which reaches far beyond cocktails. You can find Skinnygirl hummus, nutrition bars, popcorn, salsa, and more all with the iconic 'skinny girl' in red on the front of her products.

For Bethenny, creating a book on cocktails was a given. "I couldn't believe I hadn't written this book yet," explained Bethenny. "This book is a closet full of cocktails, it's an accessory. Having a signature cocktail at a party is the most impressive and least expensive part of entertaining. Nine times out of ten, people drink the signature," revealed Bethenny to StyleList.

With the holiday season right around the corner, we couldn't wait to ask Bethenny what cocktails she would suggest serving. From a mulled cider to "death by chocolate," which is a "a sultry chocolate martini with a little kick, this is as seductive as it gets," Bethenny had countless suggestions to take your holiday party from zero to hero. She even shared how to make this decedent drink:

DEATH BY CHOCOLATE:
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1 ounce Godiva Chocolate Liqueur or Mocha Liqueur 1 ounce brewed espresso, room temperature Chocolate sauce, for garnish
Combine the vodka, liqueur, and espresso in a shaker filled with ice. Rim a martini glass by dipping it in chocolate sauce, and pour a teaspoonful of chocolate sauce into the bottom of the glass. Shake the drink until well chilled and strain it into the glass.
