Jon Bon Jovi Asking a Staggering $42 Million for NYC Penthouse

Just six years ago, our favorite rockstar Jon Bon Jovi snapped up this stunning -- if not overly glassy -- penthouse in New York's stylish Soho neighborhood for $24 million. Now, he's thrown the same penthouse back on the market -- for a whopping $42 million. Whew!

So why the $18 million markup? Apparently, the 7,500-square-foot duplex comes fully furnished. (No promises that the rocker picked out all the furniture himself, though.) The home also boasts arched full-wall windows, 11-foot ceilings, an enormous mirrored fireplace, open-plan great room and a whopping 3,100 square feet of outdoor space. That must make any New Yorker contemplating a 325-square-foot 'microstudio' pretty darn jealous!
