Recently, a flight from Washington to Denver was diverted because of rain. This may seem like insignificant news, but there's a reason it made headlines. The delay was two hours long, and since there was no food left on the plane to serve those aboard, the pilot called Domino's Pizza and ordered 35 pies for all of his hungry passengers!

But this isn't the first time pizza has been delivered to an unusual location. Between the White House and outer space, it's safe to assume that sometimes people just have to have a slice.
