It's camping season and s'mores are everywhere. While the traditional campfire treat is still one of our favorites, fresh takes on the fire-roasted dessert have caught our attention. From Cronut creator Dominique Ansel Bakery's new frozen s'mores to the graham cracker-ready, chocolate-stuffed marshmallows from Madyson's Marshmallows, s'mores have come a long way.

The unbeatable combination of chocolate, marshmallow and graham cracker was first mentioned in a Girl Scout's manual, Tramping and Trailing with the Girl Scouts, back in 1927. As you might expect, the manual explains that the treat's popularity led to its name--everyone was always wanting "some more!"
