Ingredients
- 1/2 cup yellow food coloring
- 6 oz prepared white frosting
- 1 (6 ounces) <a href="http://www.campbellskitchen.com/" target="blank">Pepperidge Farm® Milano® Cookies</a>, any flavor
- black decorating gel
- assorted candies: (gumdrops, strawberry twists, rolled fruit leather, candy-coated fruit-flavored pieces, fruit jellies)
Directions
Stir the food coloring into the frosting to make bright yellow. Spread the frosting on the cookies.
Decorate the cookies with black gel to resemble school buses, adding bits of candy for windows and wheels (see photo for ideas).
Recipe Note: Cookies are best eaten on the same day as they are prepared.
