Quick Glazed Pork & Rice Skillet

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4
  • 13/4 cup <a href="http://www.campbellskitchen.com/" target="blank">Swanson® Chicken Broth (regular, Natural Goodness™ or Certified Organic)</a>
  • 3/4 cup apricot preserves or 0.75 cup of orange marmalade
  • 1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 cup uncooked instant white rice

Directions

COOK chops in nonstick skillet until browned. Remove chops.

ADD broth, preserves and mustard. Heat to a boil.

STIR in rice. Top with chops. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until done.
