1. To make the filling, whisk the first 4 ingredients together in a large bowl. Stir in the whipped topping.

2. Place wonton wrappers on parchment-lined baking sheets. Brush with margarine.

3. Sprinkle wonton wrappers with cinnamon sugar and bake until golden brown.

4. Cool wonton wrappers on wire racks.

5. Meanwhile, heat maple syrup and bourbon (optional) together in a saucepan.

6. Spoon the filling onto the wonton wrappers or for a more elegant presentation, use a piping bag to pipe the filling on.

7. Repeat the layers twice and drizzle with bourbon-infused maple syrup and chopped pecans.
