Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 10 slices of sourdough bread
  • 8 oz sliced American or cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz diced ham or 8 oz. sausage (cooked)
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cup milk
  • salt to taste
  • 4 oz stick butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 4 tbsp finely chopped onion

Directions

Grease a 9x13 pan. Cut circles out of bread. Put scrapes into bottom of pan. Cover with cheese, ham, bread circles. Mix rest ingredients and pour over pan mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake for one hour at 350°F or until golden brown.
