Apple-Butter Ice Cream with Ginger-Chocolate Ganache
Folding apple butter into vanilla ice cream is a great way to add elegance. Green Aisle Grocery's Adam Erace also adds grated ginger to melted chocolate to make a fast sundae topping; for a more caramel-like sauce, substitute dulce de leche for the melted chocolate.

Vietnamese Coffee Sundaes with Crushed Peanut Brittle
The Vietnamese love drinking superstrong iced coffee combined with copious amounts of sweetened condensed milk. Joanne Chang created this simple ice cream sundae as a way to enjoy the same flavors. Shards of peanut brittle made with a generous pinch of cinnamon add great flavor and crunch.

Sweet Corn and Blackberry Raspberry Ice Cream
A sublime matchinitial hit of milky sweet corn give way to the floral nose of sweet black raspberry. Ohio sweet corn is milky-tasting and shockingly sweet. Add sea salt and fresh cream and milk to make a delightful peak-harvest ice cream, then swirl it with black raspberry sauce.

FoodBeast reports that Little Baby's Ice Cream in Philadelphia is now offering pizza-flavored ice cream. The new flavor on the menu must have something to do with the creamery's location. The world headquarters of Little Baby's Ice Cream is located next to Pizza Brain, a pizza museum (housing the largest collection of pizza memorabilia in the world) and an artisan pizzeria.
This isn't the strange ice cream flavor Little Baby's Ice Cream has offered -- additional menu options include Earl Grey Sriracha and Balsamic Banana. The shop is also known for serving homemade ice cream (made from 16 percent butter fat) and vegan-friendly frozen desserts.
