Instead of just reheating the same dinner, why not transform your leftovers into something even more exciting than the original meal?

Mashed potato cakes are a supremely delicious way to enjoy leftover mashed potatoes. By mixing mashed potatoes, flour, cheese, chives, and an egg together, you'll have cheesy potato pancakes in no time. These taste excellent with sour cream!

If you're in the mood for something sweet and still happen to be craving all things pumpkin, then make pumpkin spice Rice Krispie treats! Melt butter and pumpkin puree in a pan. Then, add a bag of marshmallows and cinnamon, vanilla extract, nutmeg and a pinch of salt. Remove the mixture from the stove and pour the Rice Krispies into it.

Cranberry sauce is hugely important to the Thanksgiving spread, so why not bring the taste to your morning toast? Just beat a cup of butter with a hand mixer and add nearly a cup of your leftover cranberry sauce. Blend the perfect pink spread together. Use cranberry butter on your morning toast!
