But the fun doesn't end on Thanksgiving day. One of the most enjoyable aspects of the Thanksgiving holiday is enjoying those tasty leftovers. Instead of just reheating the same dinner, why not transform your leftovers into something even more exciting than the original meal?

Mashed potato cakes are a supremely delicious way to enjoy leftover mashed potatoes. By mixing mashed potatoes, flour, cheese, chives, and an egg together, you'll have cheesy potato pancakes in no time. These taste excellent with sour cream!

If you're in the mood for something sweet and still happen to be craving all things pumpkin, then make pumpkin spice Rice Krispie treats! Melt butter and pumpkin puree in a pan.
