Honestly we can't imagine a better it's-almost-the-weekend treat than a frozen delight, be it a popsicle, ice cream sandwich or smoothie. Particularly this time of year, when it can get so friggin' hot out there.

The only problem: Indulgences like a regular old 12-ounce chocolate milkshake can really pack on the calories. Like about 560 of them (and a whopping 26 grams of fat!).
