Kellen McCord is a nine-year-old battling stage IV neuroblastoma. He is on his third relapse. This week, Notre Dame football allowed Kellen to live out a dream of playing quarterback for the Fighting Irish.

McCord spent time with the team at practice, becoming an honorary member of the "Red Army," Notre Dame's quarterback corps. Wearing Malik Zaire's No. 9, McCord tosses passes with DeShone Kizer, does footwork drills and breaks the group down for a "Red Army" cheer.
