Pennsylvania authorities are investigating ex-Trump national security adviser H.R. McMaster's father's death as suspicious.

H.R. McMaster, Sr. died on April 13 after he allegedly fell, hit his head and was placed on a chair without receiving the proper medical treatment at Cathedral Village in Philadelphia, ABC6 reported.

McMaster was living in the facility after suffering a stroke. The Philadelphia police, the district attorney’s office and other agencies are investigating his death.

Workers reportedly told McMaster’s family that records about his death were falsified. Investigators are looking into that information, the TV station reported.

Police searched Cathedral Village Tuesday. The facility said its cooperating with authorities and that it contacted the health department the day McMaster died.
