Report: Trump ranting about Comey and Mueller behind closed doors
President Trump has repeatedly gone after the investigation into Russian interference in the election, saying, "the entire thing has been a witch-hunt."
Now, according to an Axios report, the President is ranting about former FBI director James Comey behind closed doors in the West Wing.
Apparently, Trump talks to aides and visitors, telling them special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe is a witch-hunt and that Comey was a leaker.

Meanwhile, press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders went after Comey as well, saying he himself should be investigated.
“I think there is no secret Comey, by his own self-admission, leaked privileged government information....his actions were improper and likely could have been illegal," said Sanders.

Sanders was responding to former White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon’s comments on “60 Minutes” about the Comey firing.
In his sit-down with Charlie Rose, Bannon suggested that Comey’s firing was one of the worst mistakes in modern political history.
