A former neo-Nazi allegedly killed his two roommates because they disrespected his conversion to Islam.

Devon Arthurs, 18, told police that he held strangers hostage at a smoke shop nearby after the slaying because "he was upset due to America bombing his Muslim countries," the Tampa Bay Times reports.

The fourth person has been identified as 21-year-old Brandon Russell, who faces charges for the find made inside the apartment. Officers found him crying outside after the murders.

Russell, who admits to being a neo-Nazi, had a framed photo of domestic terrorist Timothy McVeigh and a cooler full of explosive materials.

Arthurs allegedly held three people hostage at Green Planet Smoke Shop after killing his two roommates. He reportedly yelled, "Do me a favor and get the f*** on the ground!"

Police say he "further informed all three victims that he was upset due to America bombing his Muslim countries."

Tampa police responded to the scene and convinced Arthurs to surrender after several minutes.

According to Fox 13, Arthurs referenced "Allah Mohammed!" after being taken into custody. He said,"I had to do it. This wouldn't have had to happen if your country didn't bomb my country."
