Harvard professor who taught Obamas: Michelle 'should have been president'

A Harvard law professor who taught Barack and Michelle Obama recently spoke with TMZ.

Charles Ogletree commented Barack Obama was certainly a remarkable student but added, "you know his wife should have been president, absolutely."

Ogletree also said, "...he was great...but she was better."

Setting the comparison aside, there are many people who think Michelle would be a great president and want her to run in 2020.

Despite a recent massive social media campaign by her supporters, those close to her have uniformly expressed that she is not interested.

In a November interview, Rolling Stone's Jann Wenner asked President Obama about his wife possibly entering politics; Obama responded by saying, "Michelle will never run for office. She is as talented a person as I know. You can see the incredible resonance she has with the American people. But I joke that she's too sensible to want to be in politics."

Ogletree agrees, as he told TMZ, "...she could easily be president, but I don't think she will."
