LORAIN COUNTY, Ohio (WJW) — Former attorney Michael Fine was sentenced to 12 years in prison and must register as a tier 2 sexual offender Monday.

Fine was arrested after being accused of hypnotizing women and then sexually assaulting them during their meetings.

He was arrested last year after a female client told investigators he hypnotized her during a custody dispute meeting.
