NYFW: Bright colors and bold patterns take center stage in Delpozo's Spring 2018 collection

Updated

Delpozo's Spring 2018 show was filled with color -- lots of it.

The Spanish fashion house debuted its latest collection at New York Fashion Week on Wednesday with color and patterns taking center stage. Neons, bright pops of red and a eclectic, yet totally wearable patterns, filled the runway.

The show began with a parade of ensembles in a stunning pastel yellow hue. Tailored silhouettes and pleats were just some of standout details in the opening looks. In fact, we can already imagine first lady Melania Trump, who is often seen in the brand's ensembles, in the striking one-shoulder gown with dramatic ruffles at a future gala.

The first lady recently donned a yellow-and-white sundress in late August and of course the feminine frock sold out in minutes.

Delpozo's dreamy show continued with a multi-colored, psychedelic print hitting the runway in various tailored dresses and skirts. Next came stunning dresses in a bright red hue, and then a parade of neon looks with floral patterns peppered throughout.

While the flirty and fun looks truly made the show, one couldn't help but notice the statement-making accessory nearly every model wore -- an oversized bow headpiece. The dramatic piece added that extra oomph to the already breathtaking collection.
