Kate Middleton, Prince William and family attend Christmas services

Updated

It's been quite the holiday for the royal family.

Earlier this week, it was reported that Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip were both ill with 'heavy colds'. The Queen was so under the weather, she did not attend the traditional Christmas church service, a first in almost 30 years.

This year, Kate Middleton and Prince William spent the holidays with the Middletons in Berkshire. It was a break from tradition -- the royals traditionally spend Christmas in Sandringham.

Not only did the royals change up the location, but they brought their children along, too! It was Prince George and Princess Charlotte's first Christmas service -- the little royals seemed to enjoy it!

Pippa Middleton and her new fiancè, James Matthews, were also present. The two are reportedly getting married in the same church in Englefield, Berkshire in May.
