Thanksgiving is all about the food -- the turkey, potatoes and gravy make the holiday! But once Thursday's over, the deliciousness doesn't have to end! Make the most out of your yummy leftovers with these simple tricks.

Ingredients

For the soup:

  • Butter
  • Celery
  • Onion
  • Flour
  • Potatoes
  • Turkey
  • Sage
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chicken broth
  • 1 cup of half & half
  • Carrots
  • Parsley

For the stromboli:

  • Dough
  • Turkey
  • Stuffing
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Corn
  • Gravy
  • Cranberries
  • Butter

For the waffle:

  • Stuffing
  • 2 eggs
  • Chicken broth
  • Cranberry sauce
  • Gravy

Directions

For turkey pot pie soup...

  1. Melt butter in a pot.
  2. Add diced celery, onion and flour.
  3. Stir, stir, stir!
  4. Add in potatoes, sage and pepper.
  5. Pour water and chicken broth.
  6. Add half & half.
  7. Cover and let it simmer.
  8. Add in diced carrots and turkey.
  9. Mix, mix, mix!
  10. Sprinkle salt and parsley.
  11. Enjoy!

For the stromboli...

  1. Prepare baking sheet and oil the pan.
  2. Roll out the dough.
  3. Add turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and corn.
  4. Add cranberries and gravy.
  5. Fold short sides and long sides.
  6. Roll into a log.
  7. Brush with butter.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Enjoy!

For the waffle...

  1. Mix eggs and stuffing together.
  2. Add in chicken broth.
  3. Mix, mix, mix!
  4. Add mixture to waffle baker.
  5. Bake!
  6. Top with cranberry sauce and gravy.
  7. Enjoy!
