The world's 'saddest cat' is transformed by love

Meet BenBen, the little orange cat who has stolen everyone's hearts.

The abused feline is missing half an ear, had a crushed spine and many cuts and bruises. Because of this neglect, he was scheduled to be put down at his shelter.

Sitting in the BCSPCA waiting for someone to take me home... But no one wanted to.

No one wanted to bring me home because I was so broken. I was so sad.

But some kind soul took to BenBen, adopted him and gave him a new lease on life.

He's so much happier taking cat naps.
