When it comes to Black Friday shopping, not everything is as good as it seems, you can definitely find legit bargains. But these are the 4 things retailers don't want you to know about the Black Friday shopping madness:

The doorbusters are certainly the star of the show, great discounts on great products, but the truth is you might not be able to get any of them.

Many of the highly discounted products are very low in stock, possibly with only three or four available per store, you better make sure you get in the front of the line or log online when the sale starts because chances are you'll miss out on the goodies.

Don't believe every deal you see. A study conducted by NerdWallet revealed that major department stores inflate the cost of their products to make deals appear better than they are.

So instead of paying attention to how much you are saving, consider the product for its sale price and how it compares to similar items.

Beware that price matching may be exempt. Retailers tend to suspend their matching prices during black friday and weeks to follow. So it's up to you to research and find out who has the best deal.

There's fine print everywhere. Retailers won't make it so easy for you to purchase some of their products, to claim certain sales you might have may require a completion of a mail-in rebate.

Some sales on advertised products only last a few hours, so make sure to check the small letters on the ads so you don't get any surprises.
