Fast food chain introduces purple french fries for Halloween

If there's one fast food chain that experiments most with their fries, it's McDonald's. Apparently, they've tried serving their fries with gravy and truffle salt before. They even released a fall-themed fry with (you guessed it) pumpkin spice.

And now, the restaurant is welcoming Halloween with some oddly colored fries.

Well, McDonald's in Japan is, at least.

Called witch fries, they're drizzled in purple sweet potato sauce and chocolate. If that doesn't sound appealing enough, check out their bright promo:
