High-five selfie is the latest viral craze

By: Keri Lumm, Buzz60

Twitter user Seth Schneider has set the internet on fire with this high five selfie and now everybody is doing it.

He shared the now viral photo and wrote, "Today is the proudest day of my life. I successfully took a picture of me high fiving myself." The tweet got over a hundred and sixty thousand retweets in a day.

And now everyone is trying it and also sharing pictures of their own attempts at high fiving themselves. One copycat tweeted: "It's 3am and I literally just got out of bed & spent 15 minutes trying to get a pic of me high-fiving myself. So thanks."

Some people are sharing their inability to perform the trick and others are enjoying a moment of shared accomplishment with Seth. Some took obvious precautions like pillows on the bathroom sink so their trick doesn't cost them a new phone.

Although, this kind of achievement would be worth a broken phone, as long as the picture survived.
