Dad is completely unrecognizable after excess skin is removed from 300-pound weight loss

It's hard to believe this fit and healthy father once weighed 460 pounds -- but after losing a whopping 300 pounds and undergoing excess skin removable surgery, he's completely unrecognizable.

35-year-old Zach Moore from Pierson, Florida, told InsideEdition.com that when his wife became pregnant in 2007, he started ballooning in weight, too.

Eventually, Moore says his weight got so out-of-hand that he decided to go through with gastric bypass surgery.

Following his procedure, he and his wife Amber embarked on a journey to lose weight together, including quitting smoking, drinking soda and eating fast food.

And by the looks of it, he was beyond successful!

Moore now weighs just over 140 pounds, but he says the benefits of his transformation extend far beyond the physical ones.

"My confidence after the skin removal has went up 1000 percent," he said. "I feel like I can accomplish anything now."
